Christina Henderson begins her 11th year as a member of the Saint Joseph’s Athletics Department and first as Associate Director of Athletics Development in 2020-21.
Promoted to associate director in the spring of 2020, Henderson manages all sport-specific athletic alumni and parent volunteer groups and their activities, and creates and executes specific revenue-producing events for the Hawks’ 20 varsity athletic programs. Along with maintaining relationships with constituents, she helps produce all solicitation materials and lists for the Hawk Athletic Fund and manages and fulfills benefits associated with donor support and recognition.
Joining the Hawks in 2010 as Athletic Center Facility Operations Supervisor, Henderson joined the SJU athletics marketing department in 2015 before transitioning to development in 2016.
A native of Barto, Pennsylvania, Henderson earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Cabrini in 2010 and a master’s degree in organization development and leadership from Saint Joseph’s in 2015. She and her husband, John, currently live in Wayne.
