Women's Tennis Falls to Towson, 6-1

PHILADELPHIA - Freshman Devi Jadeja posted a victory at No. 1 singles, but the Saint Joseph's women's tennis team couldn't earn another point as the Hawks fell to Towson, 6-1, Saturday afternoon at the SJU Tennis Complex.

Playing against Towson's Aandria Carr, Jadeja earned a 6-2, 6-1 victory at the top singles flight to earn the point for the Hawks.

The Hawks return to action Monday when they host Delaware at 3 p.m.
