VILLANOVA, Pa. - The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team dropped its final road match of the 2009-10 season at Villanova Wednesday, 5-2. The Hawks got singles wins from senior Jennifer Kedzierski and Maggie Mullaney, while Alexis Arons and Jenna Procyk posted victories in exhibition matches.

The Wildcats grabbed the first point of the match with wins at all three flights.

The Hawks' upperclassmen gave their team a 2-1 lead as Kedzierski posted a6-0, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles, while Mullaney was 6-2, 6-2 victor at No. 2 singles. Unfortunately for SJU, Villanova posted wins at the final four singles flights to earn the 5-2 win.

In exhibition play, Arons posted an 8-5 win over Elizabeth Spelman, while Jenna Procyk earned a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Sarah Kelly.
