Women's Tennis Falls to Penn, 7-0

PHILADELPHIA - Facing a strong team in Penn, the Saint Joseph's women's tennis team put up a tough fight, but eventually fell to the Quakers, 7-0.

The Hawks got a gutsy performance from freshman Devi Jadeja and sophomore Jenna Procyk at No. 3 doubles, but fell 8-4 as Penn won all three flights.

Switching to singles, Penn posted wins at all six flights to sweep the match.

Saint Joseph's hosts UMBC tomorrow at the Upper Dublin Sports Center.
