Women's Rowing Hosts Jesuit Invitational on Saturday

PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's rowing will host the 14th Annual Jesuit Invitational on Saturday, March 16 at Cooper River in Pennsauken, N.J. beginning at 11 a.m. Boston College, Canisius, Loyola (Md.) and Fairfield will compete with the Hawks for the "Cannonball Trophy".

"Our schedule gets increasingly more intense as we progress from week to week. So we need to bump it up a notch this week as we look to bring home the Jesuit trophy," said SJU coach Gerry Quinlan. "Boston College, Loyola, Canisius and Fairfield always come here ready to race and we are not overlooking anyone. We have avery aggressive race schedule and have been attacking each practice -we fully expect to carry that over to race day."
