Athletic Director's Corner
Greetings from Hawk Hill,

May is among my favorite times of the year.? As the weather warms, you can feel a palpable buzz on campus.? Whether it's final exams, championship competition or graduation, the month serves as the culmination of all the dedication and hard work put in over the past year.

For our seniors, it is a particularly remarkable time, providing an opportunity for reflection. The relationships they have created and experiences they have shared with teammates and coaches during their time on Hawk Hill will remain with them forever. We wish them well as they move on to the next chapter in their lives and look forward to them returning and staying active and involved.

The conclusion of the academic year can be a stressful time for our student-athletes and we would like to offer special kudos to our Academic Support staff. Our most recent APR scores - which included four teams receiving public recognition awards from the NCAA - are a testament to their efforts.

Finally, I would like to acknowledge all of the generous individuals who have supported our teams this year by making a contribution to the Hawk Athletic Fund.? If you have not already done so, you still have an opportunity to directly impact the experience of our student-athletes by making a gift at sjuhawks.com/haf. Thank you for your ongoing enthusiasm and passion for the Hawks.

Go Hawks!
