POWELL POINT, N.C. - Saint Joseph's junior Tyler Sokolis is at even par after the first round of the Old Dominion/Outer Banks Intercollegiate being held at Kilmarlic Golf Club.

Sokolis shot a 71 to put him in a tie for 23rd place while freshman Michael O'Brien shot a 73 to tie him for 31st.

As a team, the Hawks are sitting in 16th place, with a 303.
