PHILADELPHIA –
The Saint Joseph's men's soccer team (3-7-0, 1-1-0 A-10) will travel to the nation's capital for a match against George Washington (3-6-1, 1-1-0 A-10) on Saturday. Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m.
 
ABOUT SAINT JOSEPH'S:
  • The Hawks are looking to snap a two-game skid after falling to UMass and Hofstra.
  • Junior James Fletcher is the team's leading scorer with seven points on three goals and an assist. He's one of nine Hawks to find the back of the net this season.
  • Rookie Lars Haavie (0-5-0) has played the last 160 minutes or so in net after sophomore Luis Ludosan left the game against UMass due to injury. Haavie has made 23 saves and holds a 1.7 goals against average.
ABOUT GEORGE WASHINGTON:
  • The Colonials snapped a four-game losing streak two games ago with a win over Fordham before falling to James Madison on Tuesday.
  • Oscar Haynes Brown tops the squad with nine points on four goals and one assist. He leads Tom Cooklin, who has eight points on a pair of scores and four assists.
  • Justin Grady (3-6-1) has played every second in net. He holds a 1.39 goals against average and a .696 save percentage with 32 blocks.
