RICHMOND, Va. – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team opened its weekend in Virginia on Friday, falling to Richmond, 7-0.
"It was a touch match fought against the cream of the Atlantic 10," head coach
Ian Crookenden said. "It exposed our younger squad members to the depth and strength of our conference. Excellent fights from all, but special kudos to the bookends of our lineup, Amanda and Sophia."
The Hawks will visit George Mason and George Washington on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
