TEMPE, Ariz. – Ten members of the 2021-22 Saint Joseph's men's and women's tennis teams have earned Scholar-Athlete honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, the organization announced on Monday morning. In addition, both squads earned All-Academic Team recognition as well.

Alp Sentay; senior
Paige Conrad; juniors
Ireland Amato,
Sophia Amato,
Emily Elliott,
Anna Kirk, and
Stow Weiss; and freshman
Ana Ocasio were all named ITA Scholar-Athletes for the recently completed academic year.
In order to be recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must be a varsity letterwinner and achieve at least a 3.5 grade point average over the course of the academic year. To qualify for All-Academic Team status, a squad must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or better for the year.
