The Saint Joseph's men's rowing team opened the fall portion of its schedule at the Navy Day Regatta on Sunday on the Schuylkill River.

How It Happened
• The Hawks raced three boats on the day with two taking part in the Varsity 8 event, and one in the 2nd Varsity 8 event.
• In the Varsity 8 event, St. Joe's "A" boat placed 16th in a time of 12:53.21, while the Hawks' "B" boat finished 23rd in the 30-boat competition with a time of 13:11.62.
• Saint Joseph's 2nd Varsity 8 finished third in its event in a time of 13:18.15.
