The Saint Joseph's men's rowing team opened the spring portion of its schedule with a pair of victories on Saturday at the Jesuit Invitational.

How It Happened
• Competing against Fairfield and Loyola Maryland on the Schuylkill River, the Hawks' Varsity 8 finished the course in 5:56 to best second-place Fairfield by 13 seconds.
• St. Joe's 2nd Varsity 8 capped the day with the Hawks' second victory as it crossed the finish line in a time of 6:12.3, nearly 27 seconds ahead of second-place Loyola Maryland.
