NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Saint Joseph's senior Stow Weiss was named to the 2023 Atlantic 10 Women's Tennis All-Conference Second Team, the league office announced on Tuesday.
 
Weiss led the Hawks in matches played in both singles and doubles action this season and ranked third on the team in singles victories.  Eight of her wins came in the top flight of dual matches, where she played in every match of the season.  She also added a team-high nine doubles victories on the year.
 
The Flourtown, Pennsylvania, native also led the Hawks in singles wins against Atlantic 10 opposition and tied for the team lead in doubles victories against conference foes.
 
Weiss has also been a standout in the classroom during her career, earning ITA Scholar-Athlete honors in each of the last seasons, as well as a spot on both the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's and SJU Athletic Director's honor rolls.
