WASHINGTON, D.C. – Saint Joseph's freshman Elora Walker made program history on Friday as she became the first Hawk to earn Atlantic 10 Women's Golf Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week honors, conference officials announced.

Competing at the Lebanon Valley Fall Invitational on Monday, Walker posted a season-best finish as the rookie tied for fourth place with a score of 79 (+7). Along with her personal-best performance, Walker also helped Saint Joseph's to a third-place finish in the 14-team field.

Walker and the Hawks capped the fall portion of their schedule on Friday afternoon as St. Joe's placed fifth at the Wagner Fall Classic.
