DAVIDSON, N.C. / PHILADELPHIA – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team wrapped up action at the Atlantic 10 Conference Masters while continuing competition at the Dragon Invitational.
At the Conference Masters event, hosted by Davidson,
Victoria Tracey was in action in the singles consolation draw, falling to an opponent from Dayton.
At Drexel's Dragon Invitational, the Hawks competed against Hofstra in singles and doubles action. While the Pride took the doubles match, it was a clean sweep for the Hawks in singles play.
Addison Melfi was a 6-2, 6-3 winner in her singles match, while
Brooke Tackett cruised to a 6-0, 6-1 win in straight sets as well.
Claudia Perez-Garcia finished off the sweep with a 6-3, 5-7, 10-3 supertiebreaker victory of her own.
Saturday's action concludes the squad's fall slate.
