WASHINGTON, D.C. – A trio of Hawks earned conference superlatives as Saint Joseph's men's lacrosse populated the Atlantic 10 All-Conference awards, released by the conference office on Wednesday afternoon. The major awards, All-Conference Teams and All-Rookie Team were voted on by the A-10 head men's lacrosse coaches. The All-Academic team was selected by the media relations directors.

Saint Joseph's men's lacrosse head coach Taylor Wray earned top coaching honors in the conference for the eighth time of his career, including back-to-back A-10 nods after the conference adopted men's lacrosse in 2023. The Hawks have won 25 consecutive conference games under Wray's direction, the last conference loss coming in the 2019 season. Wray became the first coach in program history last season to win 100 games, holding a 116-72 (.617) record under his tenure as head coach. St. Joe's holds the longest win streak in the country, entering postseason play with a 10 consecutive victories.

Levi Verch also earned a superlative award, named as the Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year. Verch ranks sixth among non-face-off specialists in ground balls per game, securing an average of 5.15 per game. The Canadian defenseman ranks top of the team with 24 caused turnovers, leading the conference in caused turnovers per game (1.85). Verch has posted eight games with at least five ground balls and four games with at least three caused turnovers, upping his average to over two caused turnovers per game in the Atlantic 10. While being a vital part of the defense, Verch has also gotten involved on the other end with two goals and two assists to his tally. The junior was also named to the All-Atlantic 10 First Team and was voted onto the All-Academic Team, holding a 3.70 GPA in sports marketing.

Jesse Jason rounds out the trio of Hawks to earn superlatives, being named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year.
