WILLIAMSBURG, VA – Saint Joseph's Christian Matt led the charge for the men's golf team as the Hawks opened the spring portion of their schedule at the Donald Ross Collegiate on Monday and Tuesday.

How It Happened
• As a team, the Hawks posted a three-round score of 299-306-306/911 (+47) and finished in 16th place in the 20-team field.
• Individually, Matt posted a three-round score of 75-75-73/223 (+7) and tied for 46th place.
• Tyler Leyden shot 77-79-72/228 (+12) and tied for 63rd.
• Noah Moelter carded a score of 69-82-80/231 (+15) and finished tied for 75th place.
• Keller Mulhern finished with a score of 81-73- 81/235 (+19) and tied for 84th place.
• Thomas Larkin rounded out the five-man squad with a score of 78-79-81/238 (+22) and tied for 90th.
• Chattanooga won the team title by 43 strokes with a score of 284-285-250/839 (-25).
• Chattanooga's Garrett Engle and Camden Braidech and George Mason's Samir Davidov tied for medalist honors at 209 (-7)
• The Donald Ross Collegiate was held at the par-72 Mid Pines Club (6,730 yards).
