WOODSTOWN, N.J. – The Saint Joseph's women's golf team opened the spring portion of its schedule on Saturday as the Hawks took on Wagner.

How It Happened
• As a team, the Hawks shot 404 to place second in the season-opening event.
• Individually, Hanna Mitchell paced St. Joe's as she tied for sixth place with a score of 93.
• Elora Walker finished in eighth place with a score of 94.
• Ava Tornello posted a round of 106 and placed ninth.
• Olivia Cooper finished in 10th place with a score of 111.
• Allie Gesztesi shot 114 and finished 11th.
• Wagner came in first place with a score of 332.
• The Seahawks' Maria Calleja posted a match-best score of 78.
• Saturday's match was held at the par-71 Town & Country Golf Links (5,678 yards).
