LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team wrapped up its weekend with a tough battle on Sunday, ultimately falling at Bucknell by a 4-3 score.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• The hosts earned the doubles point with wins in the first and third flights.
Charlotte Kordonowy and
Brooke Tackett were winners in the second for the Hawks.
• Kordonowy grabbed a second victory in the third singles flight, while
Wiktoria Czerny won in the second and
Gisele Tang won in the fourth, but the Bison claimed the other three flights to secure the match victory.

"A tough one today," head coach
Jeff Puhan said. "We came out slow in doubles but picked up the energy in singles and gave ourselves a shot to pull it out. Overall, a good weekend, and we are improving; up next is Delaware on Tuesday.
