Coach's Corner
"We were excited to have the opportunity to go through a full heat and final progression today. All three boats advanced to Grand Finals and we needed to get a trial run at Dad Vail type scenarios," said head coach
Mike Irwin. "I am not sure we have seen river conditions change so drastically from one weekend to the next. The conditions today were over one minute slower than the Schuylkill Invitational, which is definitely unusual. All three boats did a good job of adjusting, but we need to continue to improve our consistency. Bergen Cup is up next and this means it is Dad Vail rivalry week on the Schuylkill. It's a great time to be on the river and we are going to keep our fingers crossed for some neutral conditions on April 26th!"
