WARREN, Ohio – Saint Joseph's
Elora Walker carded a team-best round of 86 on Monday as the Hawks' women's golf team capped play at the Youngstown State Spring Invitational.
How It Happened
• Individually, Walker finished in a tie for 41st place with a two-round score of 88-86/174.
•
Hanna Mitchell shot 85-90/175 at the two-day event and tied for 44th place.
•
Allie Gesztesi placed 50th with a score of 96-97/193.
•
Ava Tornello carded a two-round score of 97-98/195 and placed 51st.
•
Olivia Cooper rounded out the five-person team with a score of 104-101/205 to finish 53rd.
• As a team, the Hawks placed eighth with a score of 366-371/737.
• Youngstown State won the team title by 14 strokes with a two-round score of 582.
• Neeranuch Prajunpanich and Valentina Pena Anaya of Youngstown State tied for medalist honors with two-rounds scores of 144.
• The Youngstown State Spring Invitational was held at the par-72 Avalon Lakes Golf Course (5,813 yards).
