Coach's Corner
"I am really proud of how this group progressed over their three races at the IRA Championships. We wanted to take a step forward from our results from last year, and a win in the second final was exactly that step and more! The close loss to Brown in the semifinal was fuel to refine our race plan for the final today. We used what we learned about our closing 500m to overtake Princeton and secure seventh place in the event. The field of 39 teams was extremely competitive this year, and this result will be something we can use next year!"
- Mike Irwin, Saint Joseph's Head Coach
