Indoor 2019-20: Raced the 1000m and mile three times each... Ran season-best mile (5:16.28) for 14th overall at the Fastrack National Invitational... Ran season-best 1000m (3:00.75) for second at the Princeton Invitational... That time was SJU's fastest 1000m of the season... Ran the first leg of the 14th-place 4x800m relay (9:25.83) and placed 17th in the open 1000m (3:02.59) at the ECAC Championships... That 1000m time stood as SJU's third-fastest of the season... Ran the first leg of the seventh-place 4x800m relay (9:25.35) and placed 18th in the open 1000m (3:04.59) at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
Outdoor 2019: Competed at the ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running on the 10th-place 4x800m (9:26.85)… Competed at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing 27th in the preliminaries of the 800m (2:22.15), ran on the eighth-place 4x800m (9:22.85)… Ran the 800m five times recording a season-best at the Colonial relays (2:21.59), placing 22nd .
Indoor 2018-19: Competed at the ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, recording a personal-best in the 1000m (2:56.74), while placing 15th in the preliminaries… Competed at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing 10th in the preliminaries in the 1000m (2:58.15), running on the ninth-place 4x800m (9:26.68), and running on the 10th-place DMR (12:13.59)… Ran on the third-place DMR (12:01.20) at the Penn State National… Ran on the third-place DMR (12:30.44) at the Angry Birds Challenge.

Indoor 2017-18: Competed at the ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championship, running on the 12th-place 4x800m, and running on the seventh-place DMR… Placed first in the 1000m (2:57.10) at the Fastrack Last Chance… Competed at the Atlantic 10 Track and Field Championship, recording a personal-best in the 800m preliminaries (2:15.82) placing fourth and eighth (2:20.74) in the finals, ran on the eighth-place DMR (12:04.25)… Ran the mile five times recording a season-best at the Villanova Invite (5:02.25).
Outdoor 2017: Ran the third leg of the 4x800m relay that placed ninth (9:07.50) at the ECAC Championships... Ran season-best 800m time (2:17.68) to place 25th at the Atlantic 10 Championships...
