Indoor 2019-20: Raced the 3000m three times, coming through with a collegiate-best time of 11:17.57 at the Fastrack National Invitational... Ran collegiate-best mile (5:27.72) in final race of career for fifth at the Princeton Invitational... Placed eighth in only 5000m race of season (20:43.95) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

Outdoor 2019: Placed second in the 3000m steeplechase (12:44.52) at the Carol and John Covert Classic... Recorded a personal-best in the 5000m (19:40.09) at the Widener Invitational, placing 24^th… Placed second and recorded a personal-best in the 3000m steeplechase (12:22.53) at the Rider Invitational… Placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase (12:29.53) at the Rider 5-Way.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Recorded a personal-best in the 3000m (11:18.21) at the Fastrack National Invite, placing 26^th overall… Recorded a personal-best in the 5000m (20:02.31) at the Frank Colden Invitational, placing sixth overall.
 
Outdoor 2018: Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase (12:42.86) at the Lehigh Games… Placed fifth in the 3000m steeplechase (12:36.43) at the Rider 5-Way.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Ran on the third-place 4x800m (10:29.26) at the Frank Colden Invitational… Ran the 3000m six times recording a season-best (11:22.98) at the Frank Colden Invitational.

Outdoor 2017: Raced the 3000m steeplechase three times, turning in a season-best time of 12:23.43 for 13th at the Widener Invitational... Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase (12:42.54) at the Lehigh Games... Ran on second-place 4x800m relay (9:51.73) at the Rider Invitational and fourth-place 4x800m relay (10:28.29) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the mile three times and 800m twice... Opened collegiate career with three consecutive mile races, recording a time of 5:34.62 at the Wagner Invitational, 5:39.66 at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet, and a season-best 5:34.57 at the Penn 8-Team Select... Closed season with a pair of 800m performances, taking eighth (2:28.36) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational and ninth (2:28.07) at the Monmouth Winter Open.

High School/Personal: Earned All-County honors for cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track as a senior... Also earned All-County recognition for cross country as a junior... Five-time All-Conference selection between indoor track (3x), outdoor track, and cross country... Led squad to runner-up finish at the indoor track league meet as a senior...
