Indoor 2019-20: Raced the open 400m and 4x400m relay in six meets... Ran the second leg on all six of SJU's fastest 4x400m relays on the season... Ran the second leg of the 11th-place 4x400m relay (4:01.05) and placed 12th in the open 400m (1:00.84) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Went sub-1:00 for the open 400m three times on the season, crossing in 59.40 for 57th at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, which ranked as SJU's fifth-fastest 400m of the season, 59.78 for 13th at the Villanova Invitational, and 59.95 for 11th at the Fastrack Season Opener... Also ran the second leg of the fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:57.55) at the Villanova Invitational... That 4x400m relay performance stood as SJU's fastest of the season... Indoor 2016-17: Raced the 200m, 400m, and 500m multiple times alongside five 4x400m relays... Ran season-best 200m (26.77) for 20th at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran the first leg of the first-place 4x400m relay (3:55.77) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Added a fifth-place showing in the 400m (59.92) and sixth-place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (12:49.45) at Yale... Ran on sixth-place 4x400m relay (4:01.71) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Went sub-1:00 in the 400m to turn in season-best time (59.88) at the Penn 8-Team Select... Placed ninth in the 400m (1:01.31) at the Monmouth Winter Open... High School/Personal: 2016 Chesmont League 400m champion... Went on to place 11th at the district meet... Indoor state qualifier in the 4x200m relay and 4x400m relay... Three-time district qualifier in the 4x400m relay... Also qualified for districts in the 4x800m relay... Ran on 4x400m relay that won back-to-back Penn Relays titles for the Chesmont/Suburbia Division as a junior and senior and placed second as a sophomore... Led squad to 20-4 record over four years, including back-to-back 6-0 seasons as a junior and senior... Earned eight varsity letters between indoor and outdoor track and field and captained both squads as a senior... Also lettered in field hockey... Majoring in biology.
