Indoor 2019-20: Raced five times... Opened season with a 1000m time of 3:22.99 for eighth at the Fastrack Season Opener... Ran three consecutive 800m races, going from 2:32.06 at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge to 2:31.00 at the Moravian College Indoor Meet to 2:28.64 at Boston's John Thomas Terrier Classic... Closed season with a collegiate-best time in the 1000m (3:18.99) for 10th at the Villanova Invitational.
Outdoor 2019: Ran in four meets... Anchored the first-place 4x800m relay (4:58.34) at the Rider Invitational... Also raced the open 400m (1:04.76) at Rider... Ran season-best 800m (2:28.43) at the Widener Invitational.
Indoor 2018-19: Raced the 800m four times, opening the year with a season-best time of 2:31.16 at the Wagner College Invitational... Raced the 400m (1:05.19) for 20th at the Frank Colden Invitational and 500m (1:23.89) for 11th at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet.
Outdoor 2018: Raced the 800m five times, going for a collegiate-best time of 2:18.40 for 18th at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also ran the second leg of the sixth-place 4x800m relay (9:08.34) at A-10s... Ran the second leg of the eighth-place 4x800m relay (9:06.50) at the ECAC Championships... Raced on the 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays.
Indoor 2017-18: Raced the 800m eight times, going for a collegiate-best time of 2:19.23 for 10th at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also ran the third leg of the 4x800m relay (9:22.41) that placed eighth at A-10s... Ran the second leg of the 4x800m relay (9:08.93) that placed 12th at the ECAC Championships.
Outdoor 2017: Raced on the sixth-place 4x400m relay (4:09.12) and added season-best times in the 200m (28.34) and 800m (2:21.45) at the Widener Invitational... Raced on the 4x800m relay at the Penn Relays... Placed ninth in both the 800m (2:24.64) and 4x400m relay (4:16.34) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.
Indoor 2016-17: Raced on four 4x400m relays that all finished in the top ten and added a pair of 400m and 500m performances and an 800m race late in the season... Raced the third leg of the fourth-place 4x400m relay (4:00.49) and placed sixth in the 500m (1:23.00) in collegiate debut at the Jack Pyrah Invitational... Raced third leg of the 10th-place 4x400m relay (4:06.19) and added season-best 500m (1:21.14) at the Wagner Invitational... Ran the first leg of the eighth-place 4x400m relay (4:17.10) and added 13th-place showing in first collegiate 400m (1:03.07) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Anchored the third-place 4x400m relay (4:08.64) and placed eighth in first collegiate 800m (2:28.90) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Closed season with a season-best 400m time (1:03.06) at the Monmouth Winter Open.
High School/Personal: Three-time PIAA state qualifier in the 4x400m relay, placing fourth (3:52.70) as a sophomore leg and fifth (3:52.78) as a junior leg... Five-time District 1 AAA qualifier between the 4x400m relay (3x), 4x800m relay, and 400m (60.10)... Placed eighth in the 4x400m relay as a senior... Led squad to three consecutive Athletic Association of Catholic Academies League Championships and three AACA regular-season titles... Four-time AACA League Champion in the 4x400m relay (3x) and 4x800m relay... Placed fourth in the 400m and fifth in the 200m as a senior at the 2016 AACA League Championship... Father, William, graduated from Saint Joseph's University... Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2020 with an undergraduate degree in food marketing and will begin graduate school at Saint Joseph's in Fall 2020.
