Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Raced the 400m four times on the season... Placed 15th in the 400m (1:04.27) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran fastest 400m of season (1:02.23) up at Boston during the John Thomas Terrier Classic... Ran fastest 200m of season (27.97) at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge... Ran on top-ten relays at the Villanova Invitational and Fastrack National Invitational.

Outdoor 2019: Recorded a personal-best time in the 400m hurdles (1:07.42) at the Widener Invitational, while placing seventh in the event… Ran on the fourth-place 4x400m relay (4:03.12) at the Rider 5-Way.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Competed at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing 28^th in the 200m (27.63) preliminaries… Recorded a personal-best time in the 400m (1:01.95) at the Penn 8-Team Select, placing 24^th.
 
Outdoor 2018: Recorded personal-best times in the 200m (28.24) and 400m (1:03.55) at the Widener Invitational, placing 49^th and 40^th, respectively.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Recorded a personal-best time in the 500m (1:28.13) and placed 16^th at the Wagner Invite… Recorded a personal-best time in the 300m (44.53) and placed 15^th at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.

High School/Personal: Back-to-back NHS South Jersey NPB champion in the 400m hurdles (2016-17)… Three-time All-Conference All-Star, earning First Team honors as a senior… Wildwood Catholic’s recordholder in the 400m hurdles and 200m… Three-year team MVP… Four-year varsity letterwinner and three-year team captain… Also lettered in cross country and soccer… First Team selection for cross country… Member of the National Honor Society at Wildwood Catholic… Community service experience includes the Toy Drive benefiting Shriner’s Hospital, Lunch With Lynch Program, Jonas Storm Relief, and Boardwalk Classic Basketball Tournament… Twin brother, Brendan, played soccer for Cabrini University… Majoring in social science.
