Ran the third leg of the seventh-place 4x800m relay (9:25.35) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also ran fastest 800m of season (2:23.67) for 14th at A-10s... Won 800m (2:25.08) at the Fastrack National Invitational... Placed second in the 800m (2:24.09) at the Princeton Invitational... Placed seventh in the 800m (2:30.14) at the Frank Colden Invitational... Anchored the first-place 4x800m relay (10:11.56) and ran collegiate-best mile (5:28.22) at the Fastrack Season Opener.

Outdoor 2019: Raced the 800m four times on the season... Ran third leg on eighth-place 4x800m relay (9:22.85) and placed 25th in the open 800m (2:21.26) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran on the 4x800m relay that competed at the Penn Relays (9:36.26)... Ran collegiate-best 800m (2:20.46) for eighth place at the Widener Invitational... Ran the second leg of the first-place 4x800m relay (9:58.34) and recorded collegiate-best 400m (1:02.64) for 25th at the Rider Invitational.

Indoor 2018-19: Ran the third leg of the 13th-place 4x800m relay (9:11.75) at the ECAC Championships... Ran collegiate-best 500m (1:21.46) for 17th at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran collegiate-best 800m (2:21.90) for 29th overall at the Penn 8-Team Select... Placed sixth in the 600m (1:38.98 PR) at the Penn State National Invitational... Ran the third leg of the first-place 4x800m relay (10:24.92) and ran collegiate-best 1000m (3:12.87) for sixth at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener.

Outdoor 2018: Competed in three meets, racing the open 800m three times and 4x400m relay twice... Opened season with a pair of 10th-place finishes in the 800m (2:27.75) and 4x400m relay (4:26.89)... Ran fastest 800m of the season (2:23.55) for 14th at the Widener Invitational.

Indoor 2017-18: Raced the 800m five times, turning in season-best time (2:24.74) for 24th at the Fastrack National Invitational... Placed 16th in the 800m (2:26.34) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Raced the 500m twice, winning at the Monmouth Winter Invitational (1:23.13) and placing second at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (1:23.26)... Ran collegiate-best 400m (1:04.66) for 18th at the Frank Colden Invitational... Also ran the first leg of the third place 4x800m relay (10:29.26) at the Frank Colden Invitational.

High School/Personal: Earned five varsity letters between cross country and track and field… Also lettered in field hockey and lacrosse… 2016 All-State, All-County, and All-Metro selection for field hockey… Guided field hockey squad to one county title, three county runner-up finishes, three regional titles, and three state semifinals… Led team in assists for two seasons… Won a county championship in lacrosse… Was a member of a team that raised $33,700 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society during the 2016-17 school year… Brother, John, ran for the men’s cross country and track and field teams at Saint Joseph’s… Mother, Anita, played field hockey at Villanova… Majoring in interdisciplinary health services.
