Biography
2015-16: Rowed for the Second Varsity 8 that placed second at both the Kelly Cup and Kerr Cup… That boat also took third at the Murphy Cup… Helped the 2V8 to a fifth-place finish at the Dad Vail Regatta… Also picked up a win over Georgetown at the GW Invitational... Earned recognition on the SJU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2014-15: Helped the Second Varsity 8 to a silver medal in the Atlantic 10 Championship, as SJU finished third in the team standings... Member of 2V8 boat that placed second at the Kelly Cup... Boat also won two races at the GW Invitational and placed fifth at the Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta.
2013-14: Selected to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team.
2012-13: Rowed for the Varsity 4 in the meet with Penn and GW.
High School/Personal: Helped Los Altos crew to two gold medals in the Southwest Regattas in the Quad and V4+...Took fourth in the Lightweight 8 at the San Diego Crew Classic...Named Most Inspirational as a senior...Voted the Most Improved in both sophomore and freshman seasons...Grandfather, Jerome Sheehan, played minor league baseball for the Grand Island A's... Father, Richard, was a member of the rowing teams at both Drexel and Cambridge... Business major.
