2019: Raced eight times, setting PRs in the 5k, 6k, 8k, 5.2M, and 10k... Opened season with a 17th-place showing in the junior/senior race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational, posting a new collegiate-best 6k time of 19:29.0 as SJU's #6 runner... Followed up with a trio of 8k performances, placing 37th at the George Mason Invitational (27:11.4), fourth at the Delaware Invitational (27:46.3), and 286th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (25:36.8 PR)... Finished as SJU's #2 runner at Delaware and #5 runner at Lehigh... Ran a collegiate-best 5.2M at the Penn State National Open (27:15.8) for 76th... Made all three championship rosters, placing 56th at the Atlantic 10 Championship (8k, 26:50.1), 133rd at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship 10k (33:29.3 PR), and 75th at the IC4A Championship 5k (27:04 PR)... Finished as SJU's #6 runner at A-10s and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals and #7 runner at IC4As.
2018: Raced four times... Opened season with a 63rd-place finish at the Haverford Main Line Invitational 4M (21:47.6 PR)... Ran the 8k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run Open Race (67th, 26:35.4) and Princeton Invitational (162nd, 26:32.4)... Closed season in the Coaches Race at the IC4A Championship, covering the 4.97M in 25:16 for 18th.
2017: Raced six times and scored in three meets... Opened season with collegiate-best 5k time of 15:33.5, good for 13th in a field of 74 as SJU's #3 runner... Followed up with an 8k time of 27:13.0 for 43rd in a field of 79 at the Rider Invitational... Finished as SJU's #3 runner at the Paul Short Run Brown race, crossing the 8k course in a season-best time of 25:56 for 105th in a field of 370... Won the Lafayette Leopard Invitational, crossing the 8k race in 26:52.5 to place first in a field of 47... Raced the Atlantic 10 Championship 8k, checking in with a time of 27:16.4 to place 81st in a field of 117 at SJU's #10 runner... Closed season in the open race of the IC4A Championship with a five-mile time of 27:24.6, good for 11th in a field of 50.
2016: Raced five times, including three 8k races... Made collegiate debut at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational, running 16:13.00 for 5k... Placed 15th overall in a field of 62 to score as SJU's #3 finisher... Posted season-best 8k (25:47.6) in the open race of the Paul Short Run... Also raced the 8k at the Rider Invitational (25:55.7), placing 52nd in a field of 129, and at the Princeton Invitational (26:23.8)... Finished the season with a 66th-place finish at the IC4A Championship, running 28:32 for five miles.
High School/Personal: Led cross country squad to four Colonial Conference and South Jersey Group 2 Sectional titles, extending the program's dual-meet streak to 182 consecutive victories... Three-time All-Conference selection and 2015 All-South Jersey Second Team selection... Placed 48th individually at the 2015 Footlocker Cross Country Northeast Regionals as a senior captain... Helped cross country squad to back-to-back State Group 2 titles from 2013-14 and a runner-up finish in 2015...
