Indoor 2015-16: IC4A champion in the 4x400m relay… Ran the second leg (47.2) of the 4x400m that won the gold medal in a school-record time of 3:09.11 at the IC4A Championships… The victory marked SJU’s first IC4A indoor relay title in program history… Had raced the second leg of the 4x400m relay that clocked in at 3:11.91 to own the second-fastest time entering the finals… Also placed 13th in the 400m in a season-best time of 48.46 at IC4As… Atlantic 10 champion in the 4x400m relay… Ran the second leg of the 4x400m relay (3:17.72) that won the gold medal at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Also placed eighth in the 400m (50.63) to score in two events at A-10s… Ran the second leg (48.9) of the 4x400m relay that won the event at the Penn State National Invitational in a then-school-record time of 3:11.12… Ran the second leg (49.7) of the 4x400m relay (3:20.15) that won the event at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational… Ran the second leg (49.2) of the 4x400m relay (3:13.85) that placed second overall at the NYC Gotham Cup… Also raced collegiate-best 60m time (7.20) at the Gotham Cup… Ran the second leg (48.7) of the 4x400m relay (3:13.86) that placed second at the Penn State Relays… Also ran season-best 200m time (22.88) at PSU… Placed second in the 400m (49.29) at Yale’s Giegengack Invitational… Placed fourth in the 400m (49.66) at the Fastrack National Invitational... Outdoor 2015: IC4A qualifier in 4x400m relay... Ran leadoff leg on 4x400m relay (3:09.89) that placed sixth at the IC4A Championships... Ran leadoff leg on 4x100m relay (42.26) that placed fifth at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also placed 17th in the 200m (22.68) at A-10s... Ran leadoff leg of SJU's record-breaking 4x200m relay (1:25.86) at the Penn Relays... Went on to run on SJU's second-fastest 4x200m relay (1:25.96) in program history the following day... Won the 4x400m relay (3:18.38) and earned second in the 400m (49.45) at the Rider Invitational... Ran on third-place 4x200m relay (1:28.84) at the Colonial Relays... Posted season-best 200m (22.31) at the Colonial Relays and season-best 400m (48.98) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier.

Indoor 2014-15: IC4A qualifier in 4x400m relay... Ran leadoff leg (48.0 split) on 4x400m relay (3:11.22) that broke SJU's program record en route to a third-place finish at the IC4A Championships... Ran leadoff leg (50.2 split) on 4x400m relay (3:19.72) that placed second at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also turned in sixth-place 400m performance (50.09) at A-10s... Ran leadoff leg (22.6 split) of SJU's record-breaking 4x200m relay (1:28.00) at the Penn State Relays en route to second-place finish in the event...Won the 4x400m relay at Yale's Giegengack Invitational (3:15.15), Lehigh's Angry Birds Meet (3:19.40), and Haverford's Jack Pyrah Invitational (3:22.82) and placed third at the Penn State National Invitational (3:16.97) and Penn State Relays (3:18.54)... Turned in season-best 200m (22.76) at Yale and season-best 400m (49.62) at the Penn State National Invitational.

Outdoor 2014: IC4A qualifier in 400m, 4x100m, and 4x400m... Led SJU in 400m (48.39)... Ran first leg of season's fastest 4x100m (41.75), 4x200m (1:26.79), and 4x400m (3:16.74)... That same 4x100m ranked third in the Atlantic 10 at the conclusion of the outdoor season... Competed in the 400m four times... Won the 400m (49.58) at the Lafayette 8-Way Invitational... Posted 400m PR (48.39) for fourth at the Larry Ellis Invitational... Ran 200m PR (22.27) at the Colonial Relays... Ran on four relays that placed in the top five... Ran leadoff leg of IC4A 4x200m (1:27.02) that took fifth at the Penn Relays... Also ran leadoff legs of 4x100m and 1600 SMR that competed at the Penn Relays... Took home pair of third-place finishes in 400m (49.06) and 4x100m (41.95) at the Rider Invitational... Ran leadoff leg of third-place 4x100m (41.75) at the Colonial Relays.

Indoor 2013-14: Ran leadoff legs on season's fastest 4x200m (1:29.79) and 4x400m (3:13.48)... 4x400m time was set in IC4A preliminaries and ranked third in the A-10... IC4A All-East Team (4x400m)... IC4A point scorer in the 4x400m... Ran first leg of eighth-place 4x400m (3:14.65) at IC4As... Silver-medalist in the 4x400m (3:20.49) at A-10s... Also took sixth in the 400m (51.29) at A-10s... Ran second leg of silver-medal 4x400m (3:18.63) that met the IC4A mark and posted personal-record 200m (22.49 PR) for fifth place at the Giegengack Invitational... Ran the first leg of the IC4A-qualifying 4x400m (3:17.64) that won the event at the Armory during the Saturday Night Shootout... Also took sixth in the 400m (50.24) at the Armory...
