Outdoor 2014: IC4A qualifier and participant in 10k... Placed 20th (31:51.40) in 10k at IC4As...  Took seventh in 10k (30:55.81 PR) at Atlantic 10 Championships... Led SJU in 10k (30:55.81)... Won the 5k in a season-best 15:17.89 at the Lehigh Games... Finished fourth in the 3k in a season-best 8:52.58 at the season-opening Lafayette 8-Way Invitational... Took eighth in the 10k (31:05.00) at the Colonial Relays.

Indoor 2013-14: Took 12th in a season-best 5k (15:24.78) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Took fifth in the 5k (15:28.66) at the Giegengack Invitational... Placed eighth in season-best 3k (8:53.52) at the Penn State Indoor Relays... Also ran leg of third-place 4xMile at PSU.

Outdoor 2013: Did not compete... Served as one of team's captains.

Indoor 2012-13: Ran season-best 3000m (8:51.00) at Lafayette/Rider... Posted season-best 5000m (15:09.21) to take 10th at Giegengack... Ran third leg of 4x800m relay team that won the event in 8:18.30 at the University of Delaware Thomson Invitational... Also posted season-best mile (4:31.54) to place 12th at Thomson... Served as one of team's captains.

Outdoor 2012: Posted season best in 1500m (4:02.82) at Bison Classic and 5000m (14:48.38) at Colonial Relays...Recorded team best in 3000m (8:42.41) at Lafayette 7-Way.

Indoor 2011-12: Notched season bests in the mile (4:23.07) at Lafayette/Rider, 3000m (8:59.91) at the PSU Relays and 5000m (15:08.26) at Geigengack.

Outdoor 2011: Posted season-best 1500m in 4:07.55 at Delaware Outdoor Open, season-best 3000m in 8:46.07 at the Colonial Relays and season-best 5000m in 15:11.34 at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

Indoor 2010-11: Recorded personal-best 1000m in 2:34.76 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games Invitational and season-best mile in 4:30.23 at the Princeton Relays.

2009-2011 (Missouri): Walk-on member of the cross country and track teams as a freshman and member of the varsity cross country team as a sophomore.

High School/Personal: Joined Saint Joseph's after one season at the University of Missouri... Placed second at 2008 Cross Country Pennsylvania State Championships... Placed fifth at conference championships for cross country in 2008 and 2007 and was twice named to All-Conference First Team for cross country... Served as the leadoff leg of DMR that won the 2007 Indoor State Championship, recording the fastest time in the country for the season... Finished second in the mile at the 2007 Outdoor Track Conference Championships, setting meet, school, and state records... Named to All-Conference First Team for outdoor track as a junior... Three-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and senior team captain in cross country... Majoring in marketing.
