Outdoor 2014: IC4A qualifier in 4x1... Ran second leg of 4x1 that earned the bronze medal (41.98) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also took eighth in the 100m (11.34) at A-10s... Ran season-best 100m (10.94) in preliminaries at A-10s... Ran second leg of season's fastest 4x1 (41.75) that placed third at the Colonial Relays... Indoor 2013-14: Led team and tied for third in the Atlantic 10 in the 60m (6.95)... IC4A qualifier in the 60m... Silver medalist in the 60m (6.97) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also took ninth in the 200m (23.00) at A-10s... Competed in the 60m (7.08) at the Penn State National Invitational... Ran an IC4A-qualifying 6.95 in the preliminaries of the 60m and ran on third-place 4x4 (3:18.38) at Penn State Relays... Won the 60m (7.04) in a field of 32 sprinters at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational... Served as one of four team captains... Voted SJU's 2013-14 Most Dedicated Performer... Outdoor 2013: Ran on the 4x100m at the IC4A Championships... Competed in the 100m and 200m at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Competed on the 4x200m and 1600m Sprint Medley relays at the Penn Relays.
Indoor 2012-13: IC4A qualifier in 60m and 200m... Ran first leg of 4x400m relay team that won the event in 3:19.40 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Also took fifth place in first collegiate 400m dash with a time of 50.13 at Yale... Placed third in the 200m dash in 22.32 at Yale... Anchored 4x400m relay team that ran an IC4A-qualifying 3:18.33 at the Penn State National Invitational ... Also placed fifth in 200m dash with an IC4A-qualifying and personal-record time of 22.20 at Penn State... Ran on 4x400m relay team that clocked in at IC4A-qualifying 3:19.40 to take fourth at the Penn State Relays... Also ran personal-best 60m dash in 6.97 to place fourth at Penn State.
Outdoor 2012: Posted team best time in 100m (10.84) at the Atlantic 10 Championships to qualify for IC4As... Recorded team and personal best in 200m (21.89) at the A-10s... Part of three different relay teams that posted season bests, including the 4x100m relay team that qualified for IC4As... Also member of the 4x100m relay team that won the Delaware Open with a time of 42.81.
Indoor 2011-12: Notched team best times in 55m (6.66) and 300m (36.45) at Jack Pyrah and 60m (7.01) and 200m (22.32) at the PSU Relays.
2010-11 (Shippensburg): Competed as a sprinter and placed in four events at the conference meet including the 100m, 200m, 60m, and 4x100m relay.
High School/Personal: Three-time All-State sprinter... Won state championships in the 4x100m relay as a senior... Penn Relays Champion 4x100m relay...All-League for four events... Holds seven high school records... Lettered two years in football... Joined Saint Joseph's after one season at Shippensburg University... Majoring in interdisciplinary health services.
