Outdoor 2014: IC4A qualifier in 4x1... Ran third leg of 4x1 that earned the bronze medal (41.98) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also placed sixth in the 400H (54.69) at A-10s... Ran third leg of season's fastest 4x1 (41.75) and 4x2 (1:26.79)... That same 4x1 ranked third in the Atlantic 10 at the conclusion of the outdoor season... Earned nine top-ten finishes on the season... Raced on the 4x1 and IC4A 4x2 that placed fifth at the Penn Relays... Won the 400H in a personal-record 54.44 at the Rider Invitational... Also ran on third-place 4x1 (41.95) at Rider... Ran on third-place 4x1 (41.75) at Colonial Relays... Took fourth in 400H (56.05) at the season-opening Lafayette 8-Way Invitational... Indoor 2013-14: IC4A qualifier in the 4x4... Took 11th in the 200m (23.42) and 12th in the 60m (7.22) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Competed in the 60m (7.37) at the Armory during the Saturday Night Shootout... Ran the third leg of the third-place 4x4 (3:18.38) that qualified for IC4As at the Penn State Relays... Also posted new PRs in the 60m (7.18m PR) and the 200m (22.62 PR) at PSU... Took seventh in the 300m (36.83) in a field of 38 sprinters at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational... Outdoor 2013: Ran on the 4x100m at the IC4A Championships... Competed in the 400H and 4x100m relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Competed on the DMR at the Penn Relays.
Indoor 2012-13: Anchored 4x400m relay team that won the event in an IC4A-qualifying 3:19.40 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran first leg of 4x400m relay team that ran an IC4A-qualifying 3:18.33 at the Penn State National Invitational... Ran on 4x400m relay team that clocked in at an IC4A-qualifying 3:19.40 to place fourth at the Penn State Relays... Posted time of 7.30 in first collegiate 60m dash event at the Penn State Relays... Ran season-best 200m in 22.78 at the Penn State Relays... Broke personal record in the 300m dash with a time of 36.08 at Princeton's New Year's Invitational... Member of SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2013.
Outdoor 2012: Posted season best in 400m (54.99) at Atlantic 10 Championships... Member of two relay teams that posted season best times, including the 4x100m relay team that checked in with a time of 42.00 at IC4As... Also part of 4x100m relay team and 4x400m relay team that took first place at the Delaware Open.
Indoor 2011-12: Notched season best times in 200m (22.70) at the PSU Relays, 300m (36.71) at Jack Pyrah, 400m (49.72) at Geigengack, and 400m (50.18) at the Gotham Cup... Part of 4x400m relay team that clocked in with a time of 3:15.30 at IC4As... Also member of 4x400m relay team that posted season best time of 3:17.89 at Giegengack.
Outdoor 2011: Ran season-best 400m dash in 49.94 at the Delaware Outdoor Open (4/9).
Indoor 2010-11: Ran personal-best 500m in 1:05.74 at Penn State's National Invitational (1/28) and personal-best 600m in 1:23.00 at Princeton's New Year's Invitational (12/11).
High School/Personal: Team captain as a senior... Helped team win conference, sectional and state championships as a senior... Placed fourth in intermediate hurdles at state meet senior year... Won the 400m at sectionals and placed second at states junior year... Named Athlete of the Month on two occasions... Lettered four years in track and one in basketball... Majoring in interdisciplinary health services.
