Won two individual events and ran legs of three silver-medal relays on season... Led the team in both the mile (4:08.34) and 3k (8:07.07)... Outdoor 2013: Did not compete... Member of the SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2013.

Indoor 2012-13: Qualified for IC4As in the mile and 3000m... Placed third in the mile with a time of 4:17.82 at A-10s... Took second in the 3000m run in 8:27.07 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran first leg of DMR team that placed second with an IC4A-qualifying time of 9:54.45 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Anchored DMR team that placed second to qualify for IC4As in 9:58.49 at the Penn State National Invitational... Also placed fourth in the mile with a personal-record and IC4A-qualifying time of 4:11.82 at Penn State... Ran personal-best 8:26.55 in the 3000m run to both qualify for IC4As and take second place in the event at the NYC Gotham Cup... Took over four seconds off of previous personal-best in the mile and broke meet record with a time of 4:14.93 to take second place at the Penn State Relays... Also anchored DMR team that placed third with an IC4A-qualifying 10:01.02 at Penn State... Member of Atlantic 10 and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Rolls for Fall 2012.

Outdoor 2012: Notched season best in 800m (1:56.00) at the Delaware Open... Qualified for IC4As with 1500m time of 3:50.30 at A-10s... Part of DMR team that ran season best 10:02.42 at the Penn Relays.

Indoor 2011-12: Did not compete.

Outdoor 2011: Ran personal-best 800m in 1:55.60 at the Delaware Outdoor Open.

Indoor 2010-11: Ran season-best mile in 4:19.24 at Giegengack Invitational.

High School/Personal: Member of 2010 cross country team that set Ocean County indoor track record in DMR... Was a 2010 Disney Cross Country Classic Champion... Four-year varsity letterwinner... Father, Thomas, played basketball for Siena... Cousin played soccer for the University of Rochester... Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2014 with a degree in pharmaceutical marketing and minor in business intelligence... Is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in business intelligence from SJU.
