Outdoor 2017: Ran the third leg of the sixth-place 4x800m relay (7:39.03) at the IC4A Championships and second leg of the fourth-place 4x800m relay (7:35.88) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also ran season-best 800m (1:54.83) for 11th overall at A-10s... Raced the 4x800m relay (7:35.40) and DMR (10:09.55) at the Penn Relays... Ran on the 4x800m relay that placed seventh (7:46.90) at the Colonial Relays.

Indoor 2016-17: Ran collegiate-best 1500m (2:28.76) to place 15th at the IC4A Championships... Placed third in the 4x800m relay (7:40.58) and fourth in the 1000m (2:31.67) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran season-best 800m (1:54.99) to place first in the event at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Also ran on DMR that placed second (10:10.74) at Yale... Won the 4x800m relay (7:47.16) and placed eighth in the 800m (1:54.99) at the Penn 8-Team Select... Placed second in the DMR (10:16.57) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet.

Outdoor 2016: Placed 38th in the 800m (1:55.05) at the IC4A Championships… Ran on third-place 4x800m relay (7:38.52) at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Also placed 19th in the 800m (1:54.56) at A-10s… Raced on the 4x800m relay (7:34.56) at the Penn Relays… Ran collegiate-best 800m time (1:52.89) for fourth overall at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational… Raced on 4x800m relay (7:46.80) that placed fifth at the Colonial Relays... Named to both Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters.

Indoor 2015-16: IC4A runner-up in the 4x800m relay... IC4A All-East Team in the 4x80m relay... Ran the third leg (1:52.8) of the 4x800m relay that placed second at the IC4A Championships… Atlantic 10 runner-up in the 1000m, placing second in 2:31.34… Also raced on fourth-place 4x800m relay (7:46.47) to score in two events at A-10s… Won the 1000m (2:34.47) at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational… Ran season-best 800m (1:53.95) for second place overall at Yale's Giegengack Invitational… Ran collegiate-best 1000m (2:30.15) for fifth place at the Penn State National Invitational… Raced on second-place  Distance Medley Relay (10:38.61) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet and fourth-place DMR (10:27.63) at the NYC Gotham Cup.

Outdoor 2015: IC4A 4x800m relay champion... Ran third leg of 4x800m relay (7:28.08) that claimed SJU's second IC4A outdoor title in program history... Ran third leg of 4x800m relay (7:31.30) that earned the silver medal at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran on championship 4x800m relay (8:04.95) at the Rider Invitational... Raced the 800m five times on the season... Raced collegiate-best 800m (1:53.19) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier... Placed third in the 800m at the Lehigh Games (1:56.32) and the Monmouth Season Opener (1:56.40), seventh at Rider (1:57.70), eighth at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational (1:54.25)... Ran on fourth-place Distance Medley Relay (10:04.00) at the Colonial Relays... Named to both Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters.

Indoor 2014-15: IC4A qualifier in the 4x800m relay and Distance Medley Relay... Ran third legs on both the fourth-place 4x800m relay (7:31.09) and 10th-place Distance Medley Relay (10:02.19) at the IC4A Championships... Placed 11th in the 1000m (2:32.44) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Raced the 1000m four times... Posted collegiate-best 1000m (2:30.57) for seventh at the Penn State National Invitational... Added 1000m performances for sixth at Yale's Giegengack Invitational (2:31.13) and seventh at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (2:33.97)... Raced on the fourth-place 4x400m relay (3:30.73) at Jack Pyrah... Ran on fifth-place Distance Medley Relay (10:17.20) at Yale... Turned in pair of seventh-place finishes in the 4x800m relay (7:51.99) and Distance Medley Relay (10:26.89) at the Penn State Relays... Ran season-best 800m (1:58.42) for seventh at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet.

Outdoor 2014: Recorded personal-record 800m (1:54.44) for 32nd at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier... Took fourth in 800m (1:57.21) at Lehigh Games... Placed eighth in 800m (1:56.60) and ninth in 4x400m (3:30.23) at Widener Invitational... Posted season-best 1500m (4:12.46) at Rider Invitational... Ran third leg of DMR (10:20.03) that took ninth at Colonial Relays... Also anchored 14th-place 4x400m (3:23.52) at Colonials... Ran personal-record 1000m (2:34.35 PR) for 10th place at A-10s... Posted personal-record 800m (1:56.86 PR) fourth place at the George Mason Last Chance Meet... Ran first leg of the fifth-place DMR (10:17.47) that met the IC4A mark at the Giegengack Invitational...Ran third leg of sixth-place DMR (10:17.82) that met IC4A mark at the Penn State National Invitational... Also ran the third leg of the third-place 4x800m (7:53.57) at Penn State... Ran the third leg of the second-place 4x800m (7:58.66) at the Armory during the Saturday Night Shootout... Ran legs on 4x800m and DMR that checked in with the fastest times in the state in 2013... Set school record in DMR (10:04) en route to winning the 2013 Penn Relays title... Took the bronze medal in 2012... Indoor 4x800m medaled at 2012 state championships... Captained indoor and outdoor track squads that won the 2013 Philadelphia Catholic League Championships... Seven-time All-Catholic League selection between outdoor track (3x), indoor track (2x), and cross country (2x)... Two-time All-District honoree... Holds school record in DMR (10:04)... Three-year varsity letterwinner in both track and cross country and senior team captain for all three seasons... Majoring in finance and financial planning.
