Indoor 2014-15: Has qualified for IC4As in the 1000m, 4x8, and DMR... Atlantic 10 4x8 champion... Atlantic 10 1000m silver medalist... Ran first leg of first-place and IC4A-qualifying DMR (9:57.74) at the Penn State National Invitational... Also placed second in 1000m in IC4A-qualifying 2:26.87 at PSU... One of six team captains.
Outdoor 2014: Took ninth in the 3000S (9:27.68) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Won the 3000m steeplechase (9:28.70) at the Lehigh Games... Posted season-best 1500m (3:53.50) at the Bison Outdoor Classic... Also raced the 1500m at the Larry Ellis Invitational.
Indoor 2013-14: A-10 DMR and 4x800m champion... Anchored season's fastest DMR (9:57.64) that broke the A-10 meet record and Mackal Field House facilities record en route to winning the event at A-10s... That same DMR ranked second in the A-10 at the conclusion of the indoor season... Also ran first leg of the 4x800m that won event in 7:47.48 at A-10s... Outdoor 2013: NCAA East Region participant in the 3000S... USTFCCCA All-Academic and Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area selection... Led team in 3000S and 1500m... Ranked second in the A-10 in the 3000S (8:53.10 PR) and sixth in the 1500m (3:48.36 PR)... IC4A-qualifier in the 3000S and 1500m... Broke SJU's 11-year-old record in the 3000S in 8:53.10 to take home the silver at A-10s... Took sixth out of 123 runners in the 1500m (3:48.36 PR) at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Indoor 2012-13: Led team in both the 1000m and mile... Ranked sixth in A-10 in 1000m (2:26.87) and third in mile (4:06.11)... IC4A qualifer in 1000m and mile... Placed third in mile (4:06.11 PR) at IC4As... Took fourth in mile (4:18.30) at A-10s... Ran third leg of season's fastest DMR team that placed second (9:54.45) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Also placed second out of 20 in the 1000m (2:26.88, PR) at Yale... Won the mile (4:11.47) at the Penn State National Invitational... Also ran first leg of DMR team that placed second (9:58.49) at Penn State... Ran 3000m in personal-record 8:47.47 to place 17th out of 54 runners at the NYC Gotham Cup... Outdoor 2012: Ran team best in 1500m (3:49.21) at the Bison Classic and 3000S (9:07.65) at Larry Ellis to qualify for IC4As in both events... Won the 3000S at the Lafayette 7-Way with a time of 9:33.82... Part of DMR team that ran season best 10:02.42 at the Penn Relays.
Indoor 2011-12: Ran a team-best mile in 4:14.30 win the event at the Gotham Cup to qualify for IC4As... Also qualified for IC4As with 1000m time of 2:29.11 at Geigengack.
High School/Personal: Won back-to-back county championships in 2009 and 2010... County and district champion in the 3200m run as a senior... Placed sixth at districts and 40th at states for cross country in 2010... Won the 2009 cross country county championships while placing second at districts and eighth at states... 2009 All-State First Team selection for cross country... Ran personal bests in 800m (1:56), 1600m (4:16), 3200m (9:21), and 5K (15:31) as a senior... Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track... Double-majoring in finance and risk management and insurance.
