Outdoor 2016: Anchored (46.67) the 4x400m relay that placed 16th at the NCAA East Preliminaries in a school-record time of 3:08.28… Also placed 15th in the 400m in a school-record time of 46.29 at the NCAA East Preliminary meet, breaking his own school record in the process… Had qualified for the finals in a school-record time of 46.35, breaking his own school record in the process… Placed sixth in the 400m (47.88) to score at the IC4A Championships… Was seeded second entering the finals after posting a time of 47.12 in the preliminaries… Atlantic 10 champion in the 400m and runner-up in the 200m… Won the 400m in a school-record time of 46.51, placed second in the 200m (21.51), and raced on fourth-place 4x100m relay (42.23) to score in three events at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Had previously broken the 400m school record in the preliminaries, clocking in at 46.65, which broke a record that had stood for 40 years… Also posted the top preliminary time in the 200m (21.33) to own the top spot in both the 200m and 400m heading into the finals… With a school-record split of 45.86, anchored the 4x400m relay that won the event over Western Kentucky and Pittsburgh at the Penn Relays in a school-record time of 3:08.55, the program’s first-ever sub-3:09.00 outdoor 4x400m relay… The performance broke a record that had stood for 13 years… Ran the leadoff leg of the 4x400m relay that won the event in 3:11.61 at Princeton’s Larry Ellis Invitational… Also won the 400m (46.81) and placed sixth in the 4x100m relay (41.79) at Princeton… Won the 200m (22.03) and placed sixth in the 400m (50.20) at the Rider Invitational… Anchored the second-place 4x200m relay (1:26.74), ran the third leg of the second-place 1600m Sprint Medley Relay (3:24.73), and added a sixth-place showing in the 200m (21.37) in season debut at the Colonial Relays… The SMR performance missed the school record by just 1.8 seconds, while the 4x200m relay performance missed the school record by just .88 seconds... Indoor 2015-16: IC4A champion in the 4x400m relay… With a school-record split of 46.3, anchored the 4x400m relay that won the gold medal in a school-record time of 3:09.11 at the IC4A Championships… The victory marked SJU’s first IC4A indoor relay title in program history… Had anchored the 4x400m relay that clocked in at 3:11.91 to own the second-fastest time entering the finals… Also placed 12th in the 400m (48.39) at IC4As… Atlantic 10 champion in the 400m and bronze medalist in the 200m… Won the 400m in 48.00 and placed third in the 200m (22.04) at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Anchored (47.3) the 4x400m relay that won the event over Penn State in a then-school-record time of 3:11.20 at the Fastrack National Invitational… Anchored (46.7) the 4x400m relay that won the event at the Penn State National Invitational in a school-record time of 3:11.12… Won the 400m in a season-best time of 47.48 at the NYC Gotham Cup… Also anchored (48.1) the 4x400m relay (3:13.85) that placed second overall at the Gotham Cup… Ran the first leg (48.3) of the 4x400m relay (3:13.86) that placed second at the Penn State Relays… Won first collegiate 300m, breaking the school and meet record on his first ever try in the event, clocking in at 34.43 at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational… Ran on a pair of third-place relays at Yale’s Giegengack Invitational, racing the leadoff leg of the 4x400m relay and second leg of the Distance Medley Relay... One of five team captains.

Outdoor 2015: IC4A All-East (200m, 4x400m relay)... One of just three Hawks to represent SJU at the NCAA East Preliminaries, placing 33rd in the 200m (21.45)... Placed fourth in the 200m (21.24) and sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:09.89) at the IC4A Championships... Scored in four events at the Atlantic 10 Championships, including second in the 200m (21.45), fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:13.85), fifth in the 4x100m relay (42.26), and seventh in the 100m (11.21)... Anchored SJU's record-breaking 4x200m relay (1:25.86) at the Penn Relays... Went on to run on SJU's second-fastest 4x200m relay (1:25.96) in program history the following day... Opened season with trio of top-seven finishes in the 4x200m relay (1:28.84), 200m (21.47) and 4x100m relay (42.19) for third, fourth, and seventh, respectively.

Indoor 2014-15: IC4A All-East (200m)... Placed fifth in the 200m (season-best 21.64) at the IC4A Championships... Anchored the 4x400m relay (46.8 split) that qualified for the IC4A finals in 3:11.62... Shares the school record in a 4x4 split at 46.8... Placed fifth in the long jump (6.72m) and sixth in the 60m (7.09) to score at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Turned in season-best 60m (7.01) in A-10 preliminaries... Led all 200m preliminaries competitors (21.84) entering the finals... Placed in the top ten of 11 of 12 total races entering A-10s... Won the long jump in a season-best 6.81m and anchored the winning 4x400m relay (3:15.15) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Won the 200m (21.90) at the Penn State National Invitational... Anchored the second leg (21.6 split) of SJU's record-breaking 4x200m relay (1:28.00) at the Penn State Relays en route to second-place finish in the event... Added ninth-place finish in the 200m (22.23)... Placed second in the 200m (22.52), third in the long jump (6.79m), and fifth in the 60m (7.16) at Lehigh's Angry Birds Meet... Outdoor 2014: IC4A All-East (200m)... Competed in 15 events between sprints, jumps, and relays and placed in the top six in 13 of 15 opportunities, including eight top-three appearances... IC4A qualifier in 100m, 200m, and 4x100m and point scorer in 200m... Placed fourth in the 200m (21.24) to boast the second-fastest performance in the event in SJU program history at IC4As... Matched 200m PR (21.24) twice in preliminaries and finals of event at IC4As... Earned bronze medals in 100m (10.97), long jump (7.03m), and 4x100m (41.98) and took fourth place in 200m (21.68) at Atlantic 10 Championships... Indoor 2013-14: IC4A All-East (200m)... IC4A qualifier and point scorer in the 200m... Ran personal-record 200m (21.56) to take fifth at the IC4A Championships... Silver medalist in the 200m (21.96) and bronze medalist in the long jump (6.95m) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also placed seventh in the 60m (7.08 PR) at A-10s... Led team in the 200m (21.56) and long jump (6.95m) and ranked fourth in the Atlantic 10 in the long jump at conclusion of indoor season... Ran second leg of season's fastest 4x200m (1:29.79)... Medaled in six individual events on the season, including a season-opening win in the long jump (6.68m) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational... Posted PR 200m (21.58) for 11th-place finish and top freshman spot at IC4A Championships... Ran second leg of 4x100m (42.74) to take fifth place at A-10s... Also took eighth place in the 200m (21.76) at A-10s... Ran the third leg of the 4x200m (1:27.01) that qualified for IC4As at Penn Relays... Won both the 200m (22.03) and long jump (6.63m) at the Delaware Outdoor Open... Ran second leg of 4x200m that took third (1:27.77) at the Colonial Relays... Also registered season-best long jump (6.99m) for a fourth-place finish at Colonial Relays... Won first collegiate 100m (10.89 PR) at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational... Also took home silver in 200m (21.85) and ran second leg of season's fastest 4x1 (42.18) at Lafayette.

Indoor 2012-13: Led team in long jump and ranked fifth, behind just four seniors, to take the top freshman spot in Atlantic 10... Ranked second on team in 60m... IC4A-qualifer in long jump... Took third in long jump (6.90m) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Finished fourth in long jump (6.78) at Penn State's Relays... Qualified for IC4As in first collegiate long jump (7.06m PR) after winning event at Villanova's Jack Pyrah Invitational.

High School/Personal: Owned PRs in 100m (11.0), 200m (21.7), 400m (49.5), and long jump (23' 8") upon entering college... Food marketing major.
