Outdoor 2014: Placed 16th in the 5k (15:36.77) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Recorded season-best 1500m (3:57.05) in final collegiate meet at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier... Posted season-best 5k (14:52.48) at the Larry Ellis Invitational... Took seventh in the 5k (14:58.04) at the Bison Outdoor Classic... Ran on ninth-place DMR (10:20.03) at the Colonial Relays.
Indoor 2013-14: Led team in 5k (15:04.86) and ran third leg of season's fastest 4x1 Mile Relay (17:46.34)... Ran season-best 5k (15:04.86) to take seventh at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed eighth in 3k (8:45.55) at the George Mason Last Chance Meet... Took sixth in the 3k (8:55.26) at the Armory during the Saturday Night Shootout... Ran the third leg of the 4x1 Mile Relay (17:46.34) that won the event at the Penn State Relays... Also ran the 3k (9:02.44) at Penn State... Competed in the mile (4:22.37) at the Giegengack Invitational... Competed in the 5000m (15:27.27) at the Penn State National Invitational.
Outdoor 2013: Finalist in the 5000m at the IC4A Championships... Took third in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Anchored the DMR at the Penn Relays.
Indoor 2012-13: Took fifth place in the 3000m run in 8:34.44 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran season-best 5000m run in 15:20.26 at the Penn State National Invitational... Took sixth place out of 48 runners in the mile with a season-best time of 4:41.56 at the NYC Gotham Cup.
Outdoor 2012: Ran season best in 1500m (3:59.16) at Larry Ellis and cut just over 35 seconds off of 5000m personal best with time of 14:38:56 at the Bison Classic... Member of the SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall 2012.
Indoor 2011-12: Ran second highest team mile (4:17.99) at Geigengack... Posted season bests in 3000m at Lafayette/Rider (8:30.65) and 5000m (15:14.15) at the Gotham Cup... Part of DMR team that posted season best and IC4A-qualifying time at PSU Nationals (10:02.19).
Outdoor 2011: Posted personal-best 1500m run in 3:58.78 at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Indoor 2010-11: Ran season-best 5000m run in 14:48.30 at Giegengack Invitational.
