Outdoor 2014: Did not compete... Made the SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2014.
Indoor 2013-14: Competed in the 200m, 400m, and 4x4 two times each... Placed 13th in the 400m (51.86) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Posted personal-record 400m (51.22) at the George Mason Last Chance Meet... Took 11th in the 200m (23.23) in season debut at the Giegengack Invitational... Also ran second leg of 4x4 that took sixth (3:26.89) at Giegengack... Made the SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall 2013.
Outdoor 2013: Posted season-best 400H in 56.11 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier.
Indoor 2012-13: Won the 200m in a personal-record 22.44 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games Invitational... Ran second leg of DMR that placed third with an IC4A-qualifying time of 10:08.97 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Posted season-best 52.59 in 400m to place ninth at the University of Delaware's Thomson Invitational... Ran first collegiate 60H in 9.28 and personal-best 300m in 36.02 at Princeton's New Year's Invitational.
Outdoor 2012: Recorded team best time of 54.58 in 400H at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
Indoor 2011-12: Posted season bests in 55m (6.97) at Jack Pyrah and 60m (7.48) and 200m (23.39) at Lafayette/Rider.
High School/Personal: Placed ninth in 4x1 and second in the 4x4 at states... Also placed fourth in districts for hurdles... Set school record for the 4x4... Joined 2011-12 team as a sophomore, academically... Majoring in social science.
