Indoor 2019-20: Came back from injury to enjoy a breakthrough senior campaign... Ran collegiate-best 500m (1:05.42) for 14th at the IC4A Championships... Also ran the third leg on the seventh-fastest DMR (10:10.50) in the preliminaries and sixth-place DMR (9:59.71) at IC4As... Placed seventh in the 500m (1:06.44) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran the third leg of the first-place DMR (10:25.06) and ran collegiate-best 800m (1:56.27) for ninth at the Fastrack National Invitational... Won the 400m (51.05) and ran the second leg of the third-place 4x400m relay (3:34.79) at the Moravian College Indoor Meet... Opened season by running the first leg of the second-place 4x800m relay (7:49.99) at the Fastrack Season Opener.

Outdoor 2017: Ran season-best 400m (50.77) at the Widener Invitational... Ran on second-place 4x400m relay (3:25.22) at the Rider Invitational and third-place 4x400m relay (3:25.93) at the Monmouth Season Opener...
