Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Enjoyed a breakthrough junior campaign on the indoor track... Raced the 800m six times on the year, turning in SJU's two fastest 800m performances of the season... Posted collegiate-best 800m time and SJU's fastest 800m time of the year (1:53.23) for seventh place at the Villanova Invitational... Recorded SJU's second-fastest 800m time of the year (1:53.88) up at Boston during the David Hemery Valentine Invitational... Also ran the third leg of SJU's season-fastest DMR (9:56.88) for third overall at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational... Ran legs on SJU's five fastest 4x800m relay groups on the year... Ran the first leg of SJU's fastest 4x800m relay on the season (7:35.97), which placed eighth in the finals at the IC4A Championships... Ran the second leg of SJU's second-fastest 4x800m relay of the season (7:38.06), which placed eighth in the IC4A preliminaries... Also placed 24th in the open 800m (1:55.58) at IC4As... Ran the second leg of SJU's third-fastest 4x800m relay on the season (7:45.91) that placed fourth at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also placed seventh in the 800m finals (1:58.57) to score at A-10s... Ran for 1:55.40 in the prelims... Outdoor 2019: Ran on the fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:21.18) at the Rider Invitational… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:56.43) at the Rider Invitational, placing 14th… Placed seventh in the 800m (1:59.23) at the Carol and John Covert Classic. 

Indoor 2018-19: Competed in the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championship, recording a personal-best time in the 500m (1:07.61) and placing 14^th in the preliminaries… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:57.62) at the Fastrack National Invite, placing second… Ran as the anchor of the first-place 4x400m relay (3:28.17) at the Frank Colden Invitational… Placed third in the 800m at the Frank Colden Invitational…Placed fifth in the 800m (2:00.81) at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener.
 
Outdoor 2018: Ran on the second-place 4x400m relay (3:30.58) at the Lehigh Games… Ran the 800m four times, recording a season-best time (1:59.28) at the Widener Invitational, placing 25^th.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Competed in the 4x400m relay at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championship, placing 14^th in the preliminaries (3:23.12)… Ran the first leg of the first-place 4x800m relay (8:06.48) at the Frank Colden Invitational… Placed fourth in the DMR (10:43.19) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge… Recorded a personal-best time in the 400m (54.18) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge, placing 12^th.

High School/Personal: Two-time state medalist... Earned eight varsity letters between indoor and outdoor track... Also lettered in football, basketball, and lacrosse... Two-time All-Ches-Mont champion for football... Eagle Scout... Student senate member and Honor Roll student at B. Reed Henderson... Volunteers with his local church... Father, David, ran track and field at La Salle... Brother, Jake, was an All-American lacrosse player at Marquette and went on to play professionally in the MLL for the New York Lizards... He currently serves as an assistant lacrosse coach at Marquette... Brother, Noah, played lacrosse at Marquette and was drafted to the MLL by the Chesapeake Bayhawks... Majoring in computer science.
