Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Enjoyed improved junior season in which he broke through with new PRs in the mile (4:12.11 at Boston's David Hemery Invitational) and 3000m (8:22.50 for 12th at IC4A Championships)... Anchored the second-place DMR (10:14.98) and placed third in the mile (4:14.90) for a pair of medals at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Took the DMR baton in fifth place and chased down three runners by the end of his leg... Anchored the third-place DMR at Boston's David Hemery Invitational... That DMR turned in SJU's fastest time of the season.

Outdoor 2019: Competed at the IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 1500m (3:55.58), recording a personal-best time and placing 25^th… Competed in the 3000m steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, recording a personal-best time and placing seventh (9:19.63) in the finals… Won the 3000m steeplechase (9:38.07) at the Carol and John Covert Classic… Ran on the third-place 4x1500m relay (15:51.09) at the Colonial Relays… Placed fourth overall in the 1500m (4:04.11) at the Rider 5-Way.

Indoor 2018-19: Competed in the mile at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing 34^th (4:25.41)… Competed in the 3000m at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing 15th (8:46.83)… Recorded a personal-best time in the mile (4:13.72) at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational, placing fourth… Ran the 3000m three times, recording a season-best time (8:35.77) at the Villanova Invitational, placing ninth.
 
Outdoor 2018: Competed in the 1500m at the IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championship, placing 27^th (3:56.14)… Competed in the 1500m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing 19^th (3:58.44)… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:56.54) at the Lehigh Games, placing ninth… Ran on the third-place 4x400m relay (3:35.65) at the Lehigh Games.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Placed 25^th in the mile (4:18.04) during the preliminaries at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships… Placed 11^th in the mile (4:19.94) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships… Recorded a personal-best time in the 3000m (8:35.15) at the Villanova Invitational, placing ninth… Placed fourth in the mile (4:17.63) at the Penn State National Invitational… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:59.71) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge, placing sixth… Ran on the second-place DMR (10:26.93) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

High School/Personal: Three-time state medalist, in the indoor 3000m and outdoor 1600m (4:13) as a senior and in the indoor DMR (1600m leg) as a freshman… State qualifier for cross country as a senior and in the indoor mile as a junior… 2017 district champion and league champion in the outdoor 3200m as a senior… All-Northeast Region Third Team cross country selection as a senior… Two-time All-League First Team cross country selection for freshman and junior seasons… Two-time All-League Honorable Mention, in the outdoor 1600m (4:23) as a sophomore and in the outdoor 4x800m relay as a freshman… District qualifier in the outdoor 1600m as a freshman… Freshman of the Year… Earned 12 varsity letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track… Did volunteer work for an Ivy League professor’s mathematical finance textbook designed for returning veterans… Community service experience includes directing and timing for the local 5k, helping to build a playground at a local Catholic school, and organizing a running session with the local elementary school… Father, Dave, wrestled at Central Connecticut State and defeated an eventual Olympic gold medalist… Majoring in actuarial science.
