2021:  Ran a 31:27.3 in the 8K at the Fordham Fiasco...  Tallied a 21:56.0 in the 6K at the Moravian Invitational...  Clocked a 29:16.0 in the 8K at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

2020-21: Competed at the season-opening Spider/Patriot Classic, crossing the five-mile race in a collegiate-best time of 29:18.4 for 103rd overall.

2019: Raced five times... Opened season with a 39th-place finish in the freshman/sophomore race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (21:41.4 PR)... Followed up with three consecutive 8k races, placing 23rd (30:02.8) at the Delaware Invitational, 249th (26:59.8 PR) in the open race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, and 24th (27:50.1) at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational; finished as SJU's #5 runner at Lafayette... Paced by a 5:45 mile average, placed 42nd (28:41) in the coaches race at the IC4A Championship 5k.

2018: Raced twice, placing 28th in the freshman/sophomore race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (21:58.7) and 59th at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational 8k (30:45.5).

Outdoor 2021: Raced the 1500m three times, setting a new PR (4:07.13) in final race of season for eighth place at the Quaker Invitational.

Indoor 2020-21: Canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Indoor 2019-20: Raced the mile three times on the season and the 3000m once... Opened season with back-to-back miles at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge (4:42.65) and Moravian Indoor Meet (4:38.17)... Ran first collegiate 3000m in 9:15.58 for ninth at the Frank Colden Invitational... Closed season with PR in the mile (4:35.02) for sixth at the Princeton Invitational.

Outdoor 2019: Ran the 1500m four times recording a personal-best (4:24.67) at the Widener Invitational.

Indoor 2018-19: Did not race.

High School/Personal: Led cross country team to a victory at the Thompson Park Class Meet Senior Class Race, finishing as Ocean Township's top finisher as a senior... Turned in a top-ten individual finish to lead cross country squad to the 2016 Central Jersey Group III state title as a junior... Led squad to 27-1 four-year team record for B North as well as a second-place team finish at the Manhattan Invitational as a senior and an eighth-place team finish at the NJSIAA Cross Country Meet of Champions as a junior... Ran the leadoff leg of Ocean Township's state-qualifying 4x800m relay as a senior... Two-time Central Jersey Group III 4x800m relay champion as a sophomore and junior, running the leadoff leg for both... Turned in a top-six individual finish in both the indoor and outdoor 1600m at the state meets during both sophomore and junior campaigns... Helped lead squad to outdoor team title as a sophomore... As a junior, placed fourth in the 1600m at the Shore Conference meet, was named to Asbury Park Press’s All-Shore First Team and All-Shore Relay Team for the 4x800m relay, and ran the anchor leg of the school-record setting Distance Medley Relay and the lead leg of the school-recordsetting 4x800m relay... As a freshman, ran on the school-recordsetting DMR and 4x800m relay and set the school’s second all-time fastest 1600m time by a freshman... Earned 12 varsity letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track... Father played rugby at Rutgers University... Majoring in accounting.
