Outdoor 2021: Raced the 400m hurdles four times, placing third at the Temple Invitational (1:00.21), fourth at the Quaker Invitational (1:00.17), fifth at the Penn Challenge (1:04.08), and seventh at the Big Five Meet (1:00.83).

Indoor 2019-20: Raced the 400m three times on the season, going for a season-best time of 54.03 for eighth at the Princeton Invitational in final race of season... Ran all different legs on the third-place 4x400m relay (3:34.79) at the Moravian Indoor Meet, the fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:35.46) at the Frank Colden Invitational, and the seventh-place 4x400m relay (3:36.80) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

Outdoor 2019: Recorded a personal-best time in the 400H (1:00.01), placing eighth at the Rider 5-Way Meet… Ran on the eighth-place 4x400m relay (3:331.62) at the Rider 5-Way Meet.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Ran on the fourth-place 4x400m relay (3:37.77) at the 2019 Frank Colden Invitational… Ran the 400m four times, recording a personal-best time (52.37) at the Wagner College Invitational…Recorded a personal-best time in the 200m (24.46) at the Penn 8-Team Select.

High School/Personal: Earned All-Area Second Team honors in the 300m hurdles and All-Area Honorable Mention recognition in the 4x400m relay as a senior... Three-year letterwinner in indoor and outdoor track and field... Also earned three letters in soccer, where he captained the squad to its first state berth in school history... Coaches youth basketball... Has volunteered at the local food pantry... Older sister, Lauren, plays Division I soccer at Seton Hall University... Majoring in business administration.
