Outdoor 2015: SJU's Scholar-Athlete Award recipient.

Indoor 2014-15: Ran first sub-9.00 60H since indoor 2012 season to break PR (8.95) and take fifth at season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational.

Outdoor 2014: Ran on second-place 4x100m (49.64) at the Lehigh Games... Took fourth in the 100H in a season-best 15.30 at the Rider Invitational... Also raced the 100H (15.81) at the Larry Ellis Invitational... Made SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2014.

Indoor 2013-14: Led SJU in the shot put (6.45m) and pentathlon (3,020 points) and tied for team-best mark in high jump (1.55m)... Won the Ursinus Pentathlon with 3,020 points... Took second in the 60H (9.12), fifth in the high jump (1.50m), and 12th in the long jump (4.72m) at the Giegengack Invitational... To home back-to-back second-place finishes in the 60H at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational (9.10) and Princeton Tri-Meet (9.27)... Also placed second in the high jump (1.55m PR) at Jack Pyrah... Placed seventh in the 60H (9.15) at the Saturday Night Shootout... Took ninth in the 800m (2:34.87) and competed in the shot put (6.45m) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Competed in the 60H (9.22) at the Penn State National Invitational... Made SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall 2013.

Outdoor 2013: Broke SJU's record in the 100H in 14.47 at the Atlantic 10 Championships en route to a ninth-place finish... Ranked ninth in the A-10 in the 100H (14.47)... Also posted a 400H PR (1:04.26) at A-10s... Won the 100H (14.60) at the Widener Invitational... Registered a then-100H PR (14.62) to take home the silver at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational...Took second in the 100H (14.84) and fifth in a season-best high jump (1.52m) at the Delaware Open... Took sixth in the 100H (14.70) at the Colonial Relays...  Also ran third leg of 4x400m that took third (3:54.98) at Lafayette.

Indoor 2012-13: Competed in a team-high eight different events and turned in a team-best 22 top-ten performances on the season... Led team and ranked ninth in A-10 in indoor pentathlon (3,274 points) after just two performances... Ranked second on team and 10th in A-10 in 60H (8.98)... Ranked second on team in long jump and shot put and third in high jump... Posted PRs in the shot put (7.19m), long jump (5.38m), and 800m (2:29.56) en route to an eighth-place finish to become SJU's first participant in the A-10 Championships indoor pentathlon... Set school record in the indoor pentathlon with 3,155 points en route to a third-place finish at the Ursinus College Pentathlon Invitational... Won the 60H (9.02) and placed second in long jump (5.33m) and fourth in 800m (2:31.51) at Ursinus... Took third in the 60H at the Princeton Quad Meet (9.06), Giegengack Invitational (9.10) and the Jack Pyrah Invitational (9.26), fourth at Lafayette/Rider Winter Games Invitational (8.98 PR), and fifth at Princeton New Year's Invitational (9.08).

Outdoor 2012: Took second place in the 100H (14.96) and 400H (1:06.50) at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational... Competed in the 400H (1:05.72) at A-10s. 

Indoor 2011-12: Competed in six meets... Notched PRs in the 55H (8.83 PR), 200m (27.69 PR), 300m (45.16 PR), and triple jump (10.27m) and season-best marks in the 60H (9.18), and long jump (5.27m).

High School/Personal: 2009 State Championships bronze medalist in 4x100m... Also placed fourth in the 100H, fifth in the 300H, and sixth in the 100H at the state level between 2010-11... 2011 League Athlete of the Year... 2011 league champion and All-League First Team selection in 100H, 300H, and long jump... 2010 league champion in 100H, setting new league record in the process... Four-time league medalist in long jump... Silver medalist in the 100H and 300H... 2011 district bronze medalist in the 100H... Placed fifth in 2010 and 2009... Placed seventh in 300H in 2010... Two-time Penn Relays qualifier, once for 400H and once for long jump... School recordholder in 60H, 100H, 400H, long jump, 4x100m, and SMR... Broke her own 60H record as a senior... Four-time Outdoor Athlete of the Week... Four-year varsity letterwinner, three-year team MVP, 2010 "Best Hurdler", and 2009 "Best Sophomore"... Majoring in ancient studies.
