Competed in the 500m (1:23.38) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships... Ran fastest 400m of collegiate career (1:02.36) at the Armory during the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games... Broke three-year PR in the 500m with time of 1:22.39 at the Giegengack Invitational... Took sixth in 400m (1:04.35) for highest event finish of season at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Indoor 2012-13: Ran season-best 400m in 1:06.01 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games... Ran season-best 500m run in 1:27.27 at University of Delaware's Thomson Invitational.

Indoor 2010-11: Posted personal bests in the 60m hurdles (10.63) and in the 300m (47.63) at Princeton... Turned in personal bests in the 55m hurdles (10.57) at Jack Pyrah and in the 400m (1:04.70) at Delaware... Also clocked in at 1:23.11 for 500m at Delaware.
High School/Personal: Named team's MVP as a senior, Most Outstanding Performer as a junior, and Best Newcomer as a sophomore... Reached WPIAL Finals for the 300m hurldes twice and 4x400m relay as a senior... Set Canevin Catholic records in the 4x400m (4:25.0), 100m hurdles (16.9), and 300m hurdles (48.5)... Four-year varsity letterwinner in track... Also lettered in soccer and cross country... Named a 2010 Almanac Elite Honorable Mention... Majoring in food marketing.
