Indoor 2012-13: Led team in 800m (2:16.89)... Ran second leg of 4x400m relay team that broke its own school record (3:49.60) in event at 2012-13 ECAC Indoor Championships... Took fifth in 800m with personal-record 2:16.89 at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran second leg of 4x400m relay team that originally broke SJU's nine-year school record in event with new time of 3:51.09 at Penn State National Invitational... Also posted personal-record 500m (1:18.14) at Penn State... Finished first collegiate indoor 800m in 2:19.63, good for fifth place at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.

Outdoor 2012: Recorded season best in 200m (27.26) and personal best in 400m (59.38) at Delaware Open... Part of 4x400m relay that posted a season best 3:54.15 at Atlantic 10 Championships.

Indoor 2011-12: Competed in five different events... Part of 4x400m team that took fifth (4:04.90) at Penn quad meet... Ran season bests in 200m (27.25) at Giegengack, 400m (1:01.35) at Lafayette/Rider, 500m (1:21.37) at PSU Relays, and 600m (1:43.51) at New Year's.

Outdoor 2011: Competed in seven different events... Member of the Distance Medley Relay team that qualified for the ECACs (11:55.91).

Indoor 2010-11: Ran season bests in 55m (7.55) at Jack Pyrah, 60m (8.11) and 400m (1:00.15) at Lafayette/Rider, 200m (27.30) at Princeton 4-Way, and 300m (43.37) at New Year's.

High School/Personal: Qualified for districts in 400m, 800m and 4x800m relay as a senior... Placed ninth in 400m in districts as a junior... PIAA District qualifier in 100m and 200m freshman and sophomore year... Four-year varsity letterwinner and two-year captain... Also lettered in volleyball... Majoring in biology.
