Indoor 2014-15: Has qualified for ECACs in the 60H and 4x400m relay... Has met the ECAC standard for the 60H four times on season, posting an 8.84 at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational, an 8.83 at the Princeton Tri-Meet, and most recently, a pair of school-recordbreaking 8.81 performances at the Giegengack Invitational and the Penn State National Invitational... Ran third leg of second-place and ECAC-qualifying 4x4 (3:52.36) at the Giegengack Invitational... Also ran the third leg of SJU's first ECAC-qualifiying 4x4 (3:51.65) of the season at PSU... One of five team captains.
Outdoor 2014: Led SJU in the 100H (14.67)... Ran second leg of season's fastest 4x200m (1:44.10)... Earned seven top-ten finishes on the season... Competed in the 100H six times... Recorded personal-record 100H (14.67) at the Atlantic 10 Championships for 10th place... Took silver in the 4x100m (49.64) and 100H (14.73) at the Lehigh Games... Outdoor 2013: Limited action due to indoor injury... Ran a pair of 4x100m relays at the Widener Invitational and the Delaware Open... Posted new PR in 200m (27.06) at the Colonial Relays... Member of the SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2013.
Indoor 2012-13: Broke own school record in the 60H twice in the same meet - once in the preliminaries and once in the final heat - to take second place and set a new school record (8.84) at Princeton's New Year's Invitational... Took second in the 60H (9.02) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational... Ran third leg of 4x400m that placed fifth (4:02.63) at the Princeton Quad Meet.
Outdoor 2012: Posted season-best times in the 200m (27.14) at the Delaware Open and 100H (14.71) at the Colonial Relays.
Indoor 2011-12: Broke school record in the 60H to win event (8.98) at Giegengack... Took second in the 60H (9.14) at the Princeton 4-Way... Posted times in the 55m (7.73) and 300m (42.54) and a team-best 55H (8.41) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.
