Outdoor 2014: Ran leg of the sixth-place 4x4 (4:25.14) at the season-opening Philadelphia College Classic... Made SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2014.
Indoor 2013-14: Took 12th in the 1000m (3:27.21) at the Armory during the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games... Made SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall 2013.
Outdoor 2013: Competed in 800m and 1500m… Recorded season-best times of 800m (2:33.58) at Phialdelphia College Classic and 1500m (5:15.14) at Widener.
Indoor 2012-13: Ran season-best 800m run in 2:39.83 at University of Delaware's Thomson Invitational.
Outdoor 2012: Did not compete.
Indoor 2011-12: Did not compete.
Outdoor 2011: Turned in season bests in the 800m (2:28.19) at Delaware and in the 1500m (5:04.18) at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Indoor 2010-11: Turned in personal bests in the 800m (2:24.75) at A-10 Championships and in the 1000m (3:12.01) at Lafayette/Rider.
High School/Personal: Named to the cross country and track All-Conference Teams for three years... Earned Coaches Award as a senior... Member of record-holding 4x800 squad that placed second at states in senior year... Grandfather, James, is in SJU Hall of Fame for basketball... Cousins, Mike and Chris, were members of the Hawks' lacrosse team... Majoring food marketing.
